Yes, you can check availability and book on-line. Just complete the easy to fill out lease.
I only need a spot overnight? Do you offer short term reservations?
Yes we accommodate overnight, short, or long term needs.
How secure is the Property?
We prioritize the safety of your valuables. Our facilities are equipped with advanced security including 24 hr. security cameras, gated access, and abundant night lighting.
What type of security is on premises?
There are 3 advanced security cameras on-site. As well as highest power in lights offering extensive illumination at night.
How do I gain access the Property?
Keypad code is situated by the entrance gate. You will receive your keypad code upon completing your contact.
Also, you may utilize the Genie App available on smart phones and access via the app upon arrival at the gate.
Do you suggest any other security for my property?
Yes we strongly suggest locks, and apple air tags for all units.
Do you allow any other equipment to be stored on site.
Only 18 wheelers and trailers at this facility. We do have a facility for boat trailers and RV's at "Park'er Here Boat and RV Storage"
What type of surface will you be parking on?
3-5 inches of milled asphalt that will support heavy trucks and trailers.
How big are the parking spaces?
Parking spaces are large enough to accommodate 18 wheelers and their trailers.
Is there ample room to turn a large semi-trailer around?
Yes, we accommodate wide turning for trucks.
Are there any fueling stations or heavy truck repair shops close by?
Yes, Granbury Truck Parking is conveniently located near multiple fueling station, convenience stores, and also walking distance to a heavy truck repair shop.
Can I work on my Equipment in storage?
Yes, for minor repairs-Batteries, tires and interior work. No major repairs.
How do I make a payment?
All payments are set up when you initially sign up. Sign up requires either a credit card or direct debit to your bank account via ACH.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards or ACH.
I no longer need to store my trailer, how do I terminate my lease?
Call or text before the end of the month and provide your name, spot number and date you will be leaving.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
* A lease will need to be filled out requiring: name, address, phone & email.

Make & color of your truck and tag number. Make of your trailer & tag number
*A credit card is required to lease and is automatically billed on the first of the month.
